Ramon Herrero

Ramon Herrero received his PhD in Physics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 1995. Afterwards he has been in Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille (Université Lille I), Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and now he is professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya where he teach Physics and Photonics. His research work is mainly focused in nonlinear dynamical systems, spatial patterns and spatio-temporal dynamics, nonlinear optics, laser dynamics and light propagation in structured materials. He is author or more than 50 papers.
