Salvador Bosch

Salvador Bosch received his PhD in Physics from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) in 1985. He has been involved in research in several fields in optics, like image formation and processing, thin films, diffractive optics, digital image processing, etc. . He has published more than 70 papers in scientific journals and many communications in international conferences. Nowadays his main interests are in wave propagation for ophthalmic optics and in electromagnetic optics. He is Professor of Optics at UB, where he has been teaching different subjects in physics in the past. Presently, he is the UB coordinator of the Master in Photonics.
