Opening Ceremony for the academic year 17-18

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the two Master programs, the OPENING CEREMONY for present academic year was held on Wednesday 15 November, at 18:30h, at the Facultat de Física of UB. As every year, this event was to welcome the new students of the two masters, and offer a talk about a present subject of interest in the field of photonics. This year, the title of the talk was "An overview about the photonics market: opportunities and applications." given by Dr. Sara Otero Barros (Chief Executive Officer of Radiantis, President of SECPhO, Ligth Technology Cluster).
