XXIII Mainz Physics Summer Program (Germany, Mainz, 1st August to 30th September 2025)

Applications before April 15th
What is it?
A Summer Program for Physics students from Spain, in which they will be part of a research group at the Johannes Gutenberg Universität (JGU) in Mainz. The program will take part at the Institut für Physik, Helmholtz Institut Mainz, and Institut für Kernphysik. The main research topics include:
- Particle and Atomic physics
- Fundamental interactions and the constituents of matter
- Experimental Quantum computer
- Experimental particle and astroparticle physics
- Experimental Quantum Optics and Quantum Information
Will I get paid?
Every student will be granted an amount of around 900€ per month to cover the accommodation and allowance expenses.
Where will I live?
We will help the students to find individual rooms or shared apartments. The price will be around 450€ per month, to be paid by the students.
Who can apply?
Students in the last year of the Bachelor or Master students with a good academic scores and good level of English.

- Curriculum vitae with picture, e-mail and telephone
- Academic scores file (a pdf from the university website is sufficient)
